Big Sky Resort's Mountain Mall has been an important feature in mountain operations and client services since 1977. In 2019, the building rebranded to 'The Exchange' and the upper level now known as Vista Hall needed a remodel. A complete kitchen renovation including a new bar and separate cooking concepts spread throughout the upper 35,000 sq. ft. The Lower-level restaurants saw commercial cooking hood updates to meet code and safety regulations. Engineering services included electrical, water, LP gas, storm, and grease waste design.

Electrical installation was also provided. This included demolition and installation of new building wiring, service gear, fixtures, raceways, cable trays, and re-feeding mechanical and kitchen equipment. The upgrades moved this nearly 50-year-old building into the present day where it can serve mountain visitors for years to come.
